- Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
- Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand reputation through public relations initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; ensure messaging aligns with branding guidelines.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives traffic to online stores or product pages.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing, management, and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to craft engaging videos using video editing software; photography skills are a plus.
