Social Media Manager and Content Creator

For The Girls is a virtual modern wellness brand designed for women who want to feel confident, energized, and in control of their health and hormones. Our brand blends education, aesthetics, and empowerment—creating content that’s as beautiful as it is informative.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take our content to the next level.

Position Overview

This is a primarily work-from-home role with one designated day per week in person for content creation (filming, capturing brand visuals, etc.).

You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing all social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice, aesthetic, and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Film and capture content during weekly in-person sessions
• Edit high-quality Reels/TikToks (hooks, captions, trending audio, storytelling)
• Create on-brand graphics and carousel posts
• Write engaging, educational, and conversion-focused captions
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats
• Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and respond when appropriate
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on insights
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok & Facebook growth strategies
• Experience creating viral or high-performing content
• Skilled in video editing apps (CapCut, Edits, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
• Ability to think creatively while staying on brand
• Organized and able to manage content schedules independently
• Comfortable directing/filming content in person 1x per week
• Passion for women’s wellness, hormones, and lifestyle content

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in medspa, wellness, or hormone health
• Graphic design skills (ex: Canva)
• Copywriting experience for marketing or social media
• Experience working with founders or personal brands

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible, primarily remote
• 1 in-person content day per week (location provided)
• Compensation: Based on experience (hourly or biweekly)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
