Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop engaging content and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. Your energetic approach will drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support our overall digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily social media activities such as incoming messages from platforms, to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize content delivery.
  • Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and public relations efforts.
  • Utilize CutCap and Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Keyword research to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
  • Analyze web analytics with tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign success and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target key demographics effectively while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Produce the weekly radio show, including planning segments, coordinating guests, overseeing technology, and monitoring studio equipment
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather information for posts, updates, and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the team (filing, organizing, data entry)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social listening tools and public relations strategies to monitor brand reputation online.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all content outputs.
  • Preferable a Bilingual (Spanish & English) candidate is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
