Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager - Arabic Speaker for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Manager will oversee, develop, and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating content strategies tailored to diverse audiences, optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement, collaborating with influencers for campaigns, monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to effectively manage platforms and campaigns.
• Strong communication and writing skills to engage diverse audiences effectively and produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Experience in content strategy to develop impactful, targeted plans for audience engagement.
• Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken, alongside fluency in English.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with influencers and produce innovative campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience managing social media for brands or agencies is a plus.
