We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager - Arabic Speaker for a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering exceptional communication and engagement with audiences. The role will involve close collaboration with influencers and brand teams to ensure alignment with overall goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and a proven ability to engage with audiences effectively
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to create appealing and relevant social content
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills in both languages
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment in Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
