Content Strategy & Creation:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with clients ( Healthcare ) goals and target audience.

* Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.

* Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to produce engaging visual content.

Social Media Management:

* Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring interactions.

* Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

* Foster and grow online communities, engage with followers, and develop relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other partners.

Campaign Management & Performance Tracking:

* Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns (organic and paid) to meet KPIs and business objectives.

* Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform strategies and content creation.

Brand Growth & Engagement:

* Increase brand awareness and online presence through targeted social media initiatives.

* Foster positive online community engagement and increase follower interaction.

* Identify new social media opportunities, platforms, and trends to drive innovation and engagement.

Reporting & Analytics:

* Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and campaign outcomes.

* Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve content, engagement, and strategy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

* Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.

* Support the team with social media insights for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Candidates should be a dynamic individual who is a fast learner with a keen interest in social media and emerging trends. Strong English proficiency is mandatory, and a background in the science stream is preferred. He/She should have a minimum of four years of experience (including at least two years in an agency setting) and a proven track record of managing teams ranging from three to six members.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
