Social Media Manager & Brand Ambassador (Germany Market)

About the Role:

We are a Germany-based premium supplement and biohacking brand. We have recently launched our innovative mind & focus products, Teta and Zeta, in the German market.

We are looking for a creative, communicative, and trend-savvy Brand Ambassador & Social Media Manager based in Istanbul. In this role, you will be the main face and voice of our brand in Germany. You will not only create aesthetic content but also manage influencer relationships and drive sales by interacting directly with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce engaging German-language content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing Teta and Zeta, aligned with current social media, wellness, and lifestyle trends.
• Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships with German influencers and content creators on behalf of our company to expand our brand reach.
• Customer Relations & Sales: Actively respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages on social media in German. Turn conversations into sales by explaining product benefits and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary contact point for the German market, working closely and collaborating with the founder in English.

Requirements:

• Native German speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English (required for internal communication with the founder/team; Turkish is NOT required).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends in Germany.
• Passionate or knowledgeable about wellness, healthy lifestyle, or biohacking/supplements.
• Confident in front of the camera, sales-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Currently residing in Istanbul.
