Social Media Manager & Brand Ambassador (Ukrainian/Russian Speaker / Based in Turkey)

About the Role:

We are a Germany-based premium supplement and biohacking brand. Our innovative mind & focus products, Teta (for relaxation/night) and Zeta (for energy/morning), are designed to optimize daily mental performance.

We are expanding our reach to the Ukrainian community living in Turkey! We are looking for a creative, charismatic, and trend-savvy Brand Ambassador & Social Media Manager based in Istanbul. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand within the Ukrainian community in Turkey. You will create stunning content, lead local influencer collaborations, and drive sales through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce highly aesthetic and engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) in Ukrainian (and/or Russian) showcasing Teta and Zeta, aligned with current wellness, lifestyle, and visual trends.
• Influencer Outreach in Turkey: Research, contact, and build partnerships with Ukrainian/Russian-speaking influencers, bloggers, and expats living in Turkey to promote our products.
• Customer Relations & Sales: Actively respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages on social media in Ukrainian/Russian. Turn community interactions into sales by explaining the premium benefits of Teta & Zeta and guiding customers to purchase.
• Community Engagement: Represent the brand at local expat events or wellness gatherings in Istanbul if needed, creating a strong brand presence.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely and collaborate with the founder/core team in English.

Requirements:

• Native Ukrainian speaker (Fluency in Russian is a big plus).
• Fluency in English (required for communication with the founder/team; Turkish is NOT required).
• Currently residing in Turkey (preferably Istanbul).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current visual/wellness aesthetics.
• Confident in front of the camera, sales-oriented, proactive, and natural communicator.
• Passionate about healthy lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or biohacking.
