Join the X80 Graphics Team as a Social Media Manager & Content Writer!!

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Writer who can bring strategy, storytelling, and execution together. In this role, you’ll manage social platforms, craft compelling B2B content, execute campaigns, and track performance, all while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.

This is a full-time, in-house position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: I-9/3, Islamabad

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish high-quality content for social media and marketing channels

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions

• Write clear, compelling B2B content for social media, emails, websites, and campaigns

• Execute and manage email automation campaigns for maximum impact

• Conduct research to support content development and campaign strategy

• Track performance using analytics tools and generate insightful reports

• Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles and campaigns, leveraging platform algorithms and features

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

• Stay updated on social media, content, and marketing trends and apply them strategically

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content writing

• Strong writing skills with a focus on B2B communication

• Creative mindset with the ability to plan, schedule, and optimize content

• Strong command of SMM tools, analytics, and reporting

• Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Brevo)

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms

• Proven experience in LinkedIn and Instagram marketing, profile optimization, and engagement growth

• Strong research skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in English

• Interest in marketing, branding, and digital strategy
