Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online reach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, and short videos.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
• Create effective hashtags and optimize posts for better visibility.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and SEO best practices to improve content strategy.
• Respond to comments and messages, engaging with the audience effectively.
• Track and report performance metrics for social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation software.
• Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and social media algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and paid campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
