Social Media Manager & Content Creator

ay: $20–$28 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (10–20 hours per week) with opportunity for growth

About Diamond Residential

Diamond Residential is a fast-growing exterior cleaning and home services company serving homeowners throughout the Charlotte area. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and other residential services.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, someone who enjoys creating content, keeping up with trends, and helping build a local brand from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Film content on job sites throughout the week
• Capture before-and-after transformations, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Brainstorm content ideas and marketing campaigns
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
• Monitor trends and create content that helps our brand stay relevant
• Work directly with the owner to build the company's online presence
• Help develop new ideas for growing brand awareness and generating leads

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable filming and creating content in the field
• Experience editing videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content trends
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and dependable
• Reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience growing social media accounts
• Photography or graphic design skills
• Experience running business social media pages
• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
