Social Media Manager & Content Creator cum receptionist (afternoon shift)

About Us

At PHVC, we’re all about happy pets, happy people, and great care. Our team is passionate about animals and we love what we do; from helping pets stay healthy to making sure their humans feel supported every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone who’s both a people person and a social media whiz, someone who can greet clients with a smile at the front desk and keep our online community just as warm and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing

On Social Media:

• Create fun, engaging posts, reels, and stories that show off our team, patients, and clinic life.
• Manage our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, wherever our pet parents hang out!).
• Shoot and edit short videos of adorable patients, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational pet tips.
• Reply to messages and comments, keeping our community connected and cared for.
• Keep our website fresh with updated content, news, and promotions.
• Brainstorm creative campaigns to reach more pet lovers and share what makes our clinic special.

At the Front Desk:

• Welcome clients and their furry (or feathery!) friends with a friendly face.
• Answer calls, messages, and emails, helping schedule appointments and answer questions.
• Keep our reception area tidy, calm, and inviting.
• Handle check-ins, payments, and general client assistance.
• Help keep things running smoothly by supporting our vet team throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who loves animals and people.
• Friendly, approachable, respectful and great at multitasking.
• Comfortable using social media and professional design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Creative with words, photos, and ideas.
• Organized and reliable; able to balance front-desk work with creative projects.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a veterinary clinic before!
