Social Media Manager + Content Creator (On-Site Content Production)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is also a strong Content Creator — someone who can not only plan and manage social media, but physically show up, shoot content, and bring ideas to life.

This is not a “sit behind a laptop and schedule posts” role.

You will be responsible for capturing content for brands (primarily in the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics space), organizing it, and turning it into high-performing social media.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot content on-site (iPhone + camera) for clients
• Create structured shot lists before content days
• Organize raw + edited content (Google Drive / Airtable style systems)
• Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
• Create and manage posting schedules
• Write captions aligned with brand voice
• Manage engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
• Collaborate with team on content strategy and campaigns
• Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity across accounts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience shooting content (iPhone + camera required)
• Strong eye for content — framing, lighting, angles, storytelling
• Ability to plan and execute content days efficiently
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
• Organized — you know how to manage content libraries
• Comfortable working with multiple clients at once
• Understands social media trends and how to apply them
• Self-starter — we are not micromanaging

Bonus (Not Required but Strong Plus)

• Experience in beauty, medspa, or wellness brands
• Paid ads or analytics knowledge
• Graphic design (Adobe Suite)
• Experience using tools like Airtable, Hootsuite, or similar
