About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and multi-talented Social Media Manager cum Content Creator cum Videographer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital trends, enjoys producing visually engaging content, and can manage social media platforms with strategy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts on platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Handle Meta Business Suite for scheduling, insights, audience management, and performance tracking
• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and campaigns
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide reports
• Respond to comments, DMs, and build community engagement
• Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Content Creation

• Generate fresh, original ideas for photos, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Create visually appealing graphics, captions, and brand-aligned content
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and other creatives

Videography & Editing

• Shoot high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and brand promotions
• Edit videos (reels, shorts, long-form) with transitions, effects, and sound design
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and photos when needed
• Manage media equipment, lighting, and shooting setups

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong experience with Meta Business Suite
• Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve)
• Basic photography and graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability
• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Experience with paid ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
• Ability to script or storyboard content
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
