Description: Oversees our online presence, increases customer traffic, and enhances engagement through captivating digital content across social media platforms and our website. This role will focus on developing engaging videos and images targeted at prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Elaborate and Manage social media ad campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
- Create content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Stay current with social media trends and industry developments.
- Engage actively with followers, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages.
- Increase review ratings
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Conduct audience research to understand the preferences and interests of potential buyers.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and prepare insightful reports.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A Degree in Marketing, Graphic design, Video production, or a related field. Or three years of proven experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent content creation and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
