Social Media Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms. The role involves content publishing, basic engagement management, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand presence.

This position is based onsite in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required)
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars
• Monitor comments and messages and respond according to brand guidelines
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and captions
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Stay updated with platform features and posting best practices
• Support campaign execution and routine social media tasks

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms
• Good written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools is an advantage
• Ability to work from the Dubai office on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling business or brand social media accounts
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
