Social Media Manager & Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytical skills to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with consistent posting and engagement.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Create compelling content (graphics, captions, blogs, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in offline marketing activities (events, exhibitions, brochures, etc.) when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
