We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and proactive Social Media Manager / Executive to manage the day-to-day social media presence of two F&B brands — Café de Palma and Fuoco.

This role focuses on content execution, community engagement, and on-site shooting, working closely with the Marketing Manager to bring the brands’ visual identity, tone of voice, and campaigns to life.


Responsibilities


Content & Social Media Execution

  • Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for Café de Palma and Fuoco in line with brand strategies and guidelines
  • Create social media content calendars for posts and stories (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Create and publish posts, reels, and stories
  • Shoot and edit short-form photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice across platforms
  • Execute content plans and campaign briefs provided by the Marketing Manager


On-Site Content Creation

  • Regularly visit venues to capture food, drinks, atmosphere, team, and guests
  • Support launches, promotions, and events with timely content
  • Coordinate simple shoots during busy hours or special activations
  • Organize photo and video shoots with photographers and videographers
  • Assist in sourcing models or talents for shoots when required


Community & Engagement

  • Respond to comments and direct messages
  • Monitor mentions, repost UGC, and actively engage with the community
  • Support collaborations with content creators and influencers


Performance & Support

  • Track basic performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
  • Share insights and suggestions for content and performance improvement
  • Support campaign execution and broader brand initiatives


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management (F&B or hospitality is a strong plus)
  • Strong portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be considered), with proven ability to demonstrate social media growth and content performance
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • Graphic design skills for creating posts and stories
  • Confident iPhone photo & video shooting skills
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
  • Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and formats
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher), Russian speaking is a plus
  • Based in Dubai
  • UAE driving license is a plus
