- YouTube (if applicable)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: Reach, Engagement, Followers, CTR.
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights.
Paid Ads Management
- Run Facebook & Instagram ads.
- Manage TikTok / LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS.
Community Management
- Respond to comments & messages.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain brand voice.
Collaboration
- Work with marketing & sales teams.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Manage brand partnerships.
