Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and produce engaging visual content.
- Experience in creating and editing short-form social video content using tools like Instagram & Tiktok.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and clients when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with keynote/ppt & MS Excel.
