Mustafa Developers is a growing construction and real estate development company specializing in designer villas and modern residential projects. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and drive engagement across our platforms.

· Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property launches, open houses, and promotional events

· Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional videos related to construction projects and real estate developments

· Manage daily social media operations including posting schedules, responses, and audience engagement

· Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content and campaign execution

· Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to optimize campaign performance

· Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and digital advertising strategies

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field

· 2–4 years of experience in social media management (real estate or construction industry preferred)

· Strong understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and digital campaign management

· Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and social media analytics

· Basic understanding of graphic design tools or coordination with design teams

· Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
