About the Role

Hitek Trainings is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. This isn’t just a "behind-the-screen" role; we are looking for a Camera-Friendly professional who can act as a brand ambassador, create engaging video content, and manage the end-to-end operations of our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our growth goals.
• Video Presence: Host and appear in short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) to humanize the brand.
• Operations & Team Management: Lead the creative team (designers/videographers) and ensure all content is delivered on time and at high quality.
• Content Creation: Expert-level use of Canva and CapCut to produce trending, aesthetic, and high-impact visuals/videos.
• Growth Focus: Monitor analytics and trends to increase engagement, follower count, and lead generation.
• Coordination: Act as the bridge between the marketing team and the operations department to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements & Skills

• Gender: Female (as per post requirement).
• Experience: Proven track record in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Technical Tools: Mastery of Canva (Graphic Design) and CapCut (Video Editing) is a must.
• Personality: Must be confident, "camera-friendly," and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
• Mindset: A growth-oriented individual who stays updated with the latest social media algorithms and viral trends.

• Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-Site Only).
• Type: Full-time.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
