Social Media Manager (Female Candidate)

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms using AI tools. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of organic social media growth strategies and SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs) using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, etc.

· Market Research: Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize organic reach and engagement.

· Brand Management: Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with brand tone and goals.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and brand objectives.

· Performance Tracking: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI content creation, digital marketing, and social media algorithms.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in managing social media platforms and growing organic presence.

· Strong understanding of SEO (organic) and content optimization.

· Proficiency with AI-based content creation tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

· Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
