Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to handle content creation and social media strategy for our retail stores. The role involves regular store visits, video shooting, on-camera presentations, and managing content calendars across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit stores in Kollam, Thiruvalla, M.D., and Kottayam
• Shoot high-quality videos and reels using camera/mobile
• Be camera-friendly, confident, and smart in presenting products and offers
• Plan and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules
• Coordinate with store staff for content ideas and promotions
• Edit short-form videos (basic to intermediate level)
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Experience in social media management / content creation
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, trends, and hashtags
• Basic video editing skills (mobile apps or software)
• Willingness to travel between store locations
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with retail, fashion, or jewelry brands
• Malayalam & English speaking (additional languages a plus)
• Two-wheeler or own transport preferred
