(Social Media Manager – Full Stack)

Role: Social Media Manager (Content + Performance + Community)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our brand presence across platforms. This role involves content ideation, production, posting, performance tracking, and audience engagement, along with coordination on paid ads and affiliate marketing.

This is not a desk-only role — you will actively plan, shoot, and execute content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

• Plan weekly/monthly content calendars
• Ideate hooks, angles, and concepts for reels/posts
• Shoot and edit content (Reels, TikToks, product videos)
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and trends

2. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Post content consistently with optimized captions & hashtags
• Maintain visual consistency across feeds

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Analyze post performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Suggest improvements based on data
• Work closely with ads team on:
• Creative direction
• Hooks & messaging
• Winning formats

4. Affiliate & Influencer Coordination

• Manage affiliate creators
• Track performance of collaborations
• Ensure timely posting & deliverables

5. Community Management

• Handle DMs, comments, and customer queries
• Convert leads through WhatsApp/DM conversations
• Maintain brand tone in communication

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain performance sheets & reports
• Document content ideas and results
• Coordinate with internal teams (ads, design, operations)

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media/content creation (preferably fashion/ecommerce)
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Understanding of social media analytics & ad creatives
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to take ownership and work independently

Bonus Skills

• Experience with paid ads creatives
• Affiliate marketing experience
• Fashion/content aesthetic sense
