Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and multi-talented Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate company team. This hybrid role is perfect for a visual storyteller who is also a strategic thinker. You will be responsible for our entire social media presence, from developing strategies and writing copy to designing all the stunning visual content that brings our brand to life.
You will own the day-to-day management of our social channels, foster community engagement, and create compelling graphics, videos, and animations that stop the scroll and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (SMM):
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Create and maintain a detailed content calendar, planning and scheduling all posts.
- Write engaging, clear, and on-brand copy for all social media posts, ads, and profiles.
- Monitor all social channels daily, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to build our community.
- Analyze social media metrics and create regular reports on performance, engagement, and audience growth, providing insights for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms.
- (Optional: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns.)
Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and create a wide range of high-quality visual assets for all social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, infographics, and Instagram/TikTok Stories.
- Design and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) and simple motion graphics.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand identity, guidelines, and aesthetic.
- Design other digital marketing materials as needed (e.g., email newsletter graphics, website banners, ad creatives).
- Maintain an organized library of all design assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in both social media management and graphic design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio is required. Your portfolio must showcase your skills in both graphic design (static, video, branding) and social media management (e.g., links to profiles you've managed, campaign examples).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Video Skills: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or user-friendly tools like Canva or CapCut.
- SMM Skills: Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their specific audiences.
- Copywriting: Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for brand voice.
- Tools: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Personal: Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
