Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

About the Role

QBIT is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines strategy and design — you will manage our social platforms while creating high-quality visual content that reflects our brand in the tech and PC building industry.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activity

Graphic Design:

• Design posts, banners, stories, reels covers, and ad creatives
• Create promotional graphics for products, offers, and announcements
• Design website banners and marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Edit short-form video content (basic level preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong grip on graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut is a plus)
• Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads preferred)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in gaming, PC hardware, and tech industry is a plus

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
