Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Meta Business accounts, creating and maintaining agency business profiles, securing client credentials, and organizing all digital assets under one professional umbrella. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Meta platforms, account security, access management, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta Business Manager accounts for agency clients.
- Set up and maintain Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts, and business portfolios.
- Organize all client assets under one centralized agency structure.
- Securely manage and maintain client credentials, logins, passwords, and access permissions.
- Implement proper security practices including 2FA, backup recovery methods, and access control.
- Ensure all business profiles and agency assets are properly documented and updated.
- Handle onboarding of new client accounts into the agency system.
- Monitor account health, permissions, and administrative roles regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth access management and operational support.
- Troubleshoot Meta login, verification, and access-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data.
- Able to handle social media uploading of content and everything on fb,insta & TikToc
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
- Experience creating and managing agency business portfolios.
- Understanding of Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, ad accounts, and Meta verification processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity basics, credential management, and access control.
- Experience with password managers and secure documentation systems.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, email configurations, and digital asset management is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with tools like 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
- Understanding of Business Verification and Meta Partner structures.
Main Goal of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to centralize, secure, organize, and maintain all client digital assets and credentials under one professionally managed agency ecosystem while ensuring smooth operations and maximum security.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and expertise.
Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
