Social Media Manager (Meta & Google Ads Expert)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who has strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, running paid campaigns, generating leads, and improving overall online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and other social media pages
• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation, conversions, engagement)
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Create content strategies and posting schedules
• Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and improve ROAS
• Generate leads and meet monthly targets
• Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management tools
• Good analytical skills and reporting ability
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
