Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Specialist

nullBrainer is looking for a skilled and driven Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proven experience or record of successfully running and growing social handles.
  • Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Paid & Organic Strategies: Create, execute, and evaluate highly engaging social media strategies, including both organic content and paid ad campaigns.
  • Manage Ad Budgets: Oversee paid social media campaigns, manage ad spend, perform A/B testing on ad creatives, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Channel Management: Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different platforms.
  • Content Creation: Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms. Create engaging multimedia content with the help of a Graphic Designer and Content Writer (bonus points if you can write your own copy).
  • Community Management: Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and actively developing discussions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on organic and paid performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and native ad managers.
  • Trend Research: Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase our performance.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Deliver quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Internal Training: Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company (for in-house roles).
