About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant to join our growing social media management company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, loves storytelling through content, and can balance both creative execution and day-to-day organization.

You’ll work directly alongside the company founder to create, manage, and execute social media strategies for multiple brands — from medspas to realtors to wellness and lifestyle clients.

What You’ll Do

Social Media + Creative

  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across multiple accounts.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas, trends, and campaigns.
  • Understand brand voice and adapt content style for each client.
  • Travel locally to client offices for filming days (knowledge of lighting and angles is key).
  • Edit Reels, carousels, and stories and occasionally assist in writing captions or hashtags.

Administrative + Personal Assistant Support

  • Help organize schedules, meetings, and shoot days.
  • Maintain content folders, track deliverables, and manage light communication with clients.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the business (ordering, research, errands, travel prep, etc.).
  • Be the “right hand” for the founder, someone who anticipates needs and keeps projects moving.

You Are:

  • A go-getter who thrives working independently and brings ideas to the table.
  • Comfortable behind and in front of the camera, with a good eye for lighting, composition, and trends.
  • Creative and adaptable, able to pivot quickly and keep content fresh.
  • A fast learner who takes initiative and figures things out without needing constant direction.
  • A strong communicator who can maintain a professional and upbeat tone with clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you follow through and deliver on deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience managing or creating content for brands or businesses.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels/TikTok trends.
  • Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.).
  • Photography and lighting skills preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel (mileage reimbursed).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role (remote + on-site filming days).
