Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube Manager with 5+ years of experience managing political content on YouTube. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, political content trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing to drive growth and maximize reach.

Key Responsibilities:

 Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a politically engaging content strategy aligned with current affairs.
• Plan video scripts, thumbnails, and posting schedules for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated with political trends, elections, and government policies to create relevant content.

 YouTube Channel Growth & Optimization

• Optimize video titles, tag descriptions, and thumbnails for maximum visibility.
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic reach and rankings.
• Utilize YouTube Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

 Audience Engagement & Community Building

• Develop engagement strategies to interact with viewers through comments, polls, and live sessions.
• Foster a community by responding to political discussions while ensuring compliance with YouTube policies.
• Moderate content to avoid strikes and maintain channel credibility.

 Crisis Management & Compliance

• Ensure all content adheres to YouTube’s community guidelines
• Handle copyright claims, strikes, and policy violations proactively.

Requirements:

 5+ years of experience in managing YouTube channels related to politics, news, or public

affairs.

 Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and audience growth strategies.

 Experience in political content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling.

 Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and video editing tools.

 Ability to analyze political trends and create content that resonates with the audience.

 Excellent communication, crisis management, and public relations skills.

 Experience with political advertising and compliance with election laws (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

 Background in political journalism, digital marketing, or media management.

 Strong network in the political influencer ecosystem.

 Experience working with political parties, media agencies, or news organizations.
