We are looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital content. You will be the voice of our clients, the bridge between our design team and the online world, and the strategist behind the scroll.
The Role
We aren't looking for someone to just "post images". We need a storyteller and a strategist.
As our dedicated Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of client accounts. Since we are a design-led agency, you will have the support of talented designers—your job is to give them the vision, manage the workflow, and ensure the final output hits the mark.
What You Will Be Doing
- Content Strategy & Planning: You will own the master content calendars, planning 2–4 weeks in advance. You will determine the best mix of content (Reels, Carousels, Static) to meet client goals.
- Creative Coordination (The Bridge): You will act as the producer. You will write clear, detailed briefs for our internal design team and review their work to ensuring it meets Plutove’s high visual standards before it goes live.
- Copywriting Excellence: You will write engaging, grammatically perfect captions that capture the unique "Tone of Voice" for various industries—from professional corporate updates to trendy lifestyle content.
- Community Growth: You won’t just wait for likes. You will actively engage with target audiences, reply to DMs, and comment on relevant industry posts to build organic visibility for our clients.
- Scheduling & Ops: You will ensure all content is scheduled accurately using our tools, managing hashtags, geo-tags, and collaboration tags.
- Analytics & Reporting: You will track performance (Reach, Engagement, ROI) and produce simple, actionable monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Who You Are
- A Self-Starter: You are working remotely, so you need to be highly organised, disciplined, and able to manage your own time without micromanagement.
- A Social Native: You know your TikTok trends from your LinkedIn thought leadership. You understand how platform algorithms work.
- A Great Communicator: Your written English must be impeccable. You can communicate clearly with the internal team and represent the agency professionally.
- Detail-Oriented: You spot typos before they go live and notice if an image is pixelated.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience creating content calendars and creative briefs.
- Basic knowledge of Canva (for quick fixes) is a bonus.
- A reliable internet connection and a laptop/PC capable of handling multitasking.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
