Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to fully manage and grow our digital presence. This is a hands-on role requiring strong content creation, video editing, and visual storytelling skills, particularly in lifestyle and fitness-oriented content. This is not a scheduling-only role — you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality images and videos (posts, reels, stories)
• Develop lifestyle and fitness-related content aligned with the brand’s positioning
• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand’s voice and values
• Maintain and execute a structured content calendar
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic inbox messages
• Track performance and continuously improve content strategy
• Work closely with the founder to align content with business goals

Essential Requirements

• Strong video and picture editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Active and well-presented personal presence on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Proven experience managing social media accounts or brand pages
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
• Strong attention to branding, aesthetics, and consistency

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with fitness, lifestyle, or personal development content
• Familiarity with social media analytics
• Interest in health, wellness, or high-performance lifestyles

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: PKR 50,000 per month (initial)
• Performance-based reviews and increments
