Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video)

Job Overview
We are looking for a short-form video creator to help grow our Instagram and TikTok presence. You'll be creating UGC style content that helps promote our brand as a trusted source for homebuyers and real estate professionals

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts aligned with brand voice
• Stay current on trending audio, formats, and content styles
• Maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule
• Collaborate with the business owner to plan and ideate content calendars
• Monitor basic performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating short-form video content professionally or as a serious creator
• Strong personal social media presence or portfolio
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
• Deep understanding of short-form video trends, hooks, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills and receptive to feedback

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
