Social Media Manager / Strategist

India

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for a variety of clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of engaging content that aligns with each brand’s voice and objectives. You’ll also analyze performance metrics, refine strategies based on insights, and report on results to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, brand identity, and audience preferences.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Platform Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and managing community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and generate reports. Use data insights to adjust strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns or adjustments needed in real-time.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns for brands.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising strategies and tools.
  • Experience with influencer and partnership marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
