Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator (HVAC)

We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented individual who can help us dominate online with engaging video content and generate real leads.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator who can film, edit, and publish high-performing content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is not just about posting — it’s about creating content that drives engagement, builds trust, and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
• Create engaging hooks and call-to-actions (CTAs)
• Post and manage content across social media platforms
• Develop weekly content ideas and strategies
• Monitor performance and optimize content
• Engage with comments and messages
• Collaborate with the team to capture real job-site content

Requirements:

• Experience in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content
• Ability to film content on-site (HVAC jobs, team, customer interactions)
• Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation:

• $3,500 – $4,500/month (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses based on leads generated
• Growth opportunities within the company
