TrueCare Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager & Video Editor to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our digital content strategy. This individual will play a critical role in elevating brand presence, showcasing patient results, and driving consultation volume through high-quality, conversion-focused content. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who understands aesthetic medicine, luxury branding, and the direct impact of social media on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage a structured monthly content calendar aligned with practice initiatives, promotions, and core procedures
- Execute consistent posting across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Coordinate and capture content in-office including treatments, provider education, and patient journeys
- Ensure all content reflects a polished, elevated, and medically credible brand standard
Video Production & Editing
- Film and edit high-performing short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and before-and-after transformations
- Apply professional editing techniques including color grading, pacing, captions, and sound design
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all assets
- Deliver content efficiently without compromising quality
Brand Growth & Storytelling
- Translate procedures and treatment plans into clear, engaging, patient-friendly messaging
- Highlight real patient outcomes and provider expertise to build trust and authority
- Leverage trends strategically while maintaining brand integrity
- Support overall digital growth and awareness initiatives
Performance Optimization
- Track key performance indicators including engagement, reach, saves, shares, and consultation conversions
- Optimize content strategy based on data and platform trends
- Continuously refine hooks, messaging, and formats to improve ROI
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and video editing, ideally within aesthetics, plastic surgery, or a luxury service industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video performance and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy
- Ability to work in a clinical environment with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables

Compensation & Structure
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio strength
- Performance-based growth opportunities tied to content impact and business results
- Full-time role preferred
- On-site presence required for content capture, with flexibility for remote editing
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
