Full job description

We are hiring a Social Media Manager & Videographer to manage and grow multiple client accounts

This is a hands-on role combining content creation, videography, editing, and social media management for real businesses (clinics, retail, and service brands).

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients (Instagram, TikTok)
• Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
• Shoot high-quality videos on-site (clinics, businesses, events)
• Edit videos into engaging reels optimized for performance
• Post content, manage captions, hashtags, and scheduling
• Coordinate with clients for content approvals and ideas
• Ensure daily posting and story activity across accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography + video editing
• Strong skills in:
• CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects (any)
• Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram/TikTok)
• Ability to shoot content using iPhone / camera professionally
• Understanding of viral content, trends, and hooks
• Good communication (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Based in Dubai
