WE ARE HIRING Turkish Speaker Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Videography/Graphic Design)

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our holiday homes company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and enhancing our brand presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, campaigns, and brand content
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets for marketing use
• Schedule posts, create captions, and develop social media content calendars
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize strategies to increase engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Visit properties for content shoots when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong videography and video editing skills (mobile or professional camera)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and sense of aesthetics
• Good communication and must be Turkish speaker
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate or holiday homes is an advantage
