Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement keyword research to enhance visibility.
• Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate influencer partnerships, media outreach, and branding initiatives.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager to maximize reach and engagement within target audiences.
• Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, vendors, and internal teams to foster community growth.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.

Skills

• Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms with a focus on wellness and aesthetics industries.
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
• Experience with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
• Proficiency in social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research methods, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Ability to develop compelling content including videos (video editing skills preferred), photography, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for branding consistency across all digital channels.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
