Duties

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Monitor social media channels daily using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize content delivery.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage findings to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews; foster positive relationships through effective relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, marketing, and sales to align messaging and support branding initiatives.
- Analyze web analytics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success; prepare reports highlighting key insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content is proofread meticulously for accuracy; maintain consistent branding standards across all digital channels.
- Create images and logos based on the company needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
- Skilled in video editing techniques for producing engaging multimedia content tailored for various platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics to enhance content visibility.
- Experience managing social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and scheduling applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer for streamlined workflow.
