About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong online presence, engaging with audiences, and driving business growth through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create visually appealing and engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)
• Manage and grow company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & others
• Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for better results
• Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams for coordinated marketing activities
• Stay up to date with latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns when required
• Respond to messages/comments and build strong community engagement

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and brand communication
• Basic graphic/video editing skills using Canva, Photoshop or mobile editing apps
• Good English communication & creativity in writing captions
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn Marketing
• SEO familiarity and marketing analytics skills
• Experience in B2B tech industry marketing
