Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal
• Timings: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Salary: 120000 plus fuel allowance
• Experience: minimum 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, PPC networks, and UK and US markets.

• Track your cost per lead, cost per click, and conversion rate.

• Manage inorganic marketing and inorganic reach.

• Optimize ads to improve ROI.

• Build audience segments based on behavior and interests.

• Create short ad copies for each platform.

• Monitor daily performance.

• Generate weekly performance reports.

• Work with design and content teams.

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, PPC campaigns, inorganic marketing, and UK and US targeting.

• Strong control over bidding strategies and budgeting.

• Ability to run A/B testing across platforms.

• Knowledge of pixel setup and tracking tools.

• Strong data interpretation skills.

• Ability to work with tight timelines.
