About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative storyteller who lives and breathes digital media. As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll be the driving force behind our online presence — crafting content that connects, engages, and builds community. You’ll turn ideas into impactful visuals, reels, and campaigns that define our brand voice and fuel our digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create monthly content calendars with creative directions and campaign ideas.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to evolve strategy.
2. Content Creation
- Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging photo, video, and reel content.
- Write sharp, platform-optimized captions, copy, and hooks for posts.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure visual consistency.
- Capture real-time brand moments, BTS, and trending formats.
3. Community Management
- Engage with followers, respond to comments & DMs, and build brand advocacy.
- Manage influencer and collaborator relationships.
- Monitor brand mentions, feedback, and trends to maintain a positive brand image.
4. Performance & Growth
- Track and report on content performance, engagement, and reach metrics.
- Optimize campaigns using insights and analytics.
- Experiment with paid and organic strategies to boost reach and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven 2 to 4 years experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (reels, TikToks, stories).
- Strong sense of design aesthetics and brand tone.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality brands.
- Photography or videography background.
- Basic knowledge of ad management (Meta Business Suite / TikTok Ads).
- Creative direction or campaign ideation experience.
