Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Plan, create, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven social media initiatives.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
- Create and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling social media content and advertisements.
- Monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special sales events.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, ad formats, and messaging.
- Manage influencer marketing initiatives and brand partnerships when required.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing, with significant experience in eCommerce marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid social campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
- Experience working with marketplace businesses, online retail brands, or multi-vendor eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and broader digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplace ecosystems.
