Social Media Marketer (Meta Ads + Organic Growth)

Job Description

Urban SEO is looking for a Social Media Marketer who can run high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and manage business social media pages for organic growth.

This role requires someone who understands both paid ads performance and content-driven organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Manage and grow social media pages organically
• Create content calendars for business pages
• Design posts, reels, and ad creatives
• Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• A/B testing of ad creatives and copy
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversions, engagement)
• Monthly performance reporting and insights

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Experience managing business social media pages
• Understanding of organic growth strategies (reels, trends, engagement)
• Graphic designing skills preferred (Canva / Photoshop / similar tools)
• Ability to create scroll-stopping visuals
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus
