Responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Content creation: Create, curate, and manage original content, including text, images, and video. Repurpose and optimize content for different platforms.
- Account management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor comments and messages, and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage communities and facilitate discussions.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor, listen, and respond to users, while also analyzing key metrics and social data. Compile reports showing results (ROI) and use insights to adjust strategy.
- Collaboration and outreach: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer relations) to ensure brand consistency and coordinate actions. Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and applications.
