Job Role: Social Media Marketing

Experience: 3 months – 3 years

Timings: 11AM - 8PM

Location: PIA Road, Johar Town Lahore (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Write and publish blogs, website content, product/service descriptions, and company updates.
• Manage and grow company social media profiles and online presence.
• Monitor trends in the IT sector and incorporate relevant topics into content planning.
• Design social media posts, banners, and graphics (basic design knowledge required).
• Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and professionalism across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, BBA, or a related field.
• Content writing skills with the ability to create engaging posts, blogs, and website content.
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Figma, or similar tools).
• Good understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and terminology (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with social media management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in maintaining brand voice.
• Basic SEO understanding for writing blogs and website content (preferred but not mandatory).
