Carats Fine Jewelry & Watches and America's Super Pawn are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple retail locations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive measurable sales results.
This is a hands-on position that requires content creation in-store, strategic planning, community engagement, and performance tracking. The right candidate will take ownership of our social media presence and help grow both brands through creative and effective marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Capture high-quality photos and videos in-store on a consistent basis
- Produce product spotlights, promotions, customer success stories, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
- Maintain consistent and professional brand messaging across all accounts
- Stay current on social media trends and implement creative ideas that increase engagement and visibility
Sales & Customer Growth
- Develop content and campaigns designed to drive online engagement, store traffic, customer acquisition, and sales
- Promote special events, seasonal promotions, featured inventory, and community involvement
- Work closely with ownership and store management to support business goals and marketing initiatives
Community Engagement & Reputation Management
- Respond to comments, messages, customer inquiries, and online reviews
- Monitor customer feedback and maintain a positive online reputation
- Build relationships with customers and local communities through meaningful engagement
Strategy & Performance
- Develop and manage content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Track engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance
- Analyze results and adjust strategies to improve performance and ROI
- Coach and assist store teams in creating content and improving social media participation
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Experience creating photo and video content for marketing purposes
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools preferred
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple brands and retail locations
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and special events as needed
